Do you Deliver?

Baby Nassau only delivers on the island of New Providence.

Local Orders (New Providence)

Delivery is available for all local online & in-store orders.

Family Islands Orders

Delivery to the mailboat at Potter's Cay Dock for Family Island shipping is available for prepaid orders. Before requesting delivery to the mailboat, ensure that you have the following information on hand:

1) Name of mailboat 

2) Name of Island

3) Name of Settlement

4) Mailboat freight cutoff day & time

5) Mailboat departure day & time

6) Shipping instructions (if applicable)


What is the cost of delivery?

Our local delivery rate (local orders) is $5.00. Orders valuing $75.00 or more are eligible for free delivery. Our mailboat delivery rate (Family Island orders) is $10.00. Orders valuing $200.00 or more are eligible for free delivery. These rates and conditions only cover one delivery attempt.

It is the responsibility of Family Island customer to make arrangements with the shipper for payment and collection of freight.


When will my order be delivered?

When you place an order, you will be contacted via WhatsApp text to arrange delivery and possible provide additional delivery details. Cash orders will be cancelled after three (3) hours of non-response / non-contact, or if deemed undeliverable due to insufficient information.

Deliveries are prioritized using a first-in, first-out method. Once your delivery is scheduled, you will be given an estimated delivery time frame. The delivery time given is only an estimation and does not guarantee that you will receive your package on that estimation.

New Providence 

All local orders are delivered the next day or earlier. Same-day delivery is available for orders submitted before 12PM local time. We are closed on Holidays. If there is a Holiday, your order will be delivered on our next open day.

Family Islands

Orders are delivered to the mailboat the next business day or the earliest freight loading day. Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be delivered on Monday, which is our next open business day. If there is a Holiday, your order will be delivered the next open business day.


May I change my order?

We cannot add or delete items off an order once the order is placed. However, we can cancel the order and you may reorder with all the items you'd like.

Family Island orders can only be cancelled before delivery to the mailboat. However, items purchased can be returned within 14 days (unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags intact) for a full refund.


May I change my delivery address?

To change the contact or address information on your local order, contact us at least one (1) hour before your scheduled delivery time at 242.433.1204 or customercare@babynassau.com.

To change the contact or address information for Family Island orders, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time at 242.433.1204 or customercare@babynassau.com.

Baby Nassau is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to the address provided being incorrect. If a package is returned due to a problem with the address, a fee of $10.00 will be charged to reship the order. We greatly encourage you to provide the correct information when placing your order and to re-check it in your order confirmation email/text.


I missed my delivery. What now?

Redelivery due to missed delivery, incorrect address, or late communication of change of address will incur an additional fee of $10.00 for same-day delivery or $5.00 for next day delivery.


I did not receive my order. What now?

Orders delivered to the mailboat and claimed not to be received are not the responsibility of Baby Nassau and must be taken up with your mailboat service provider. We can open a case of investigation with the shipping carrier to help locate your package, but it does not guarantee a refund or reshipment.
